Creating a New Home After Divorce

Claudette Rowley, Wellness Interior Designer
claudette@
Claudette Rowley is the Founder of Claudette Rowley Design, a wellness-first interior design studio that blends neuroscience, environmental psychology, and aesthetics to create spaces that feel as good as they look. She designs residential and commercial spaces that support your nervous system, enhance emotional well-being, and feel deeply aligned with the people who inhabit them.
A lifelong beauty-seeker, Claudette has been attuned to the emotional impact of homes since childhood—spending hours in fabric stores, reading home design magazines while babysitting (after the kids went to bed, of course), and intuitively sensing when a room “clicked.” Before launching her design studio, she spent over twenty years in leadership and cultural consulting, where she learned firsthand how profoundly environments shape behavior, motivation, and connection.
Claudette has a certification in Science in Design, specializing in the positive effects of beauty, nature, and fine design on physical and emotional health. She is also certified through the International Association of Color Consultants (IACC), an internationally recognized program focused on the science of color and its measurable impact on physical and emotional health. Through her signature WIRED Design Method™, she helps clients clarify how they want to feel in their spaces and translates those outcomes into intentional designs that feel good and promote positive health.
Today, she works with clients navigating transitions—empty nesters redefining their homes, women who are reconnecting with themselves after divorce, families moving into new homes, and organizations reimagining workplaces to foster health, motivation, and connection. Her work transforms interiors into supportive, inspiring environments rooted in beauty, function, and the science of well-being.

Jayne Steinberg, Integrative Energy Healer
Jayne Steinberg is a Transformation Strategist and Integrative Energy Healer whose work is rooted in more than 30 years of study, exploration, and a lifelong passion for understanding what creates meaningful, lasting transformation. She believes healing is about revealing what has always been true about us and finding the freedom to fully express it by living in greater alignment with who we are. Through her proprietary Original Joy Method, Jayne integrates nervous system regulation, subconscious patterning, energy medicine, and intuitive insight to create a personalized path forward for every client.
Deeply curious by nature and a lifelong learner at heart, Jayne's journey has been shaped by following her curiosity and recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Her commitment to understanding the whole person has led her to study a wide range of disciplines, allowing her to help clients uncover the root causes of what keeps them feeling stuck and identify the precise path forward with greater clarity, confidence, and ease. She believes that every transition, no matter how difficult, holds the possibility of becoming a doorway to greater clarity, authenticity, and joy. Whether someone is navigating divorce, a career transition, a health challenge, or simply sensing that life can feel more authentic, Jayne considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients as they reconnect with themselves, discover new possibilities, and create lives that feel deeply aligned with who they truly are.
Career Coaching After Divorce

Rachel Spekman, LICSW, MSW, MBA, M.Ed., Career Coach
Rachel Spekman is a career and executive coach, licensed therapist, career changer, and founder of Made for More Coaching. She helps high-achieving, mid-career professionals who are successful on paper—but have started wondering, Is this really what I want to keep doing?
Rachel’s work combines career strategy with the psychology of change. She understands that changing careers isn’t just about finding the right job—it’s about identity, ambition, money, values, and figuring out what success means at this stage of life. As someone who made a major career change herself after more than 20 years in marketing, business, startups, and higher education, Rachel knows that moving toward something new doesn’t mean starting over.
She has helped hundreds of professionals get clear on what they need next—and turn that clarity into meaningful, sustainable, and financially viable career change. Through coaching, workshops, and speaking, Rachel helps people recognize and reposition the value of what they’ve already built and create a realistic path toward work that feels more aligned. Her clients have mortgages, families, financial goals, and lives they’ve worked hard to build. They’re not looking to blow everything up. They’re looking to make their next move more intentional.
At the heart of Made for More is a belief Rachel comes back to again and again: You can want more without simply doing more. And you can be ambitious without sacrificing yourself in the process.
