Lisa Happ, Divorce Coach

lisahapp@gmail.com

Lisa Happ is a trauma-informed divorce and relationship recovery coach who supports individuals navigating some of the most emotionally complex and destabilizing chapters of their lives. She specializes in high-conflict divorce, narcissistic abuse, coercive control, profound grief, and the identity loss that often comes with all of it.

This work is deeply personal to her, as she a survivor of narcissistic abuse and high-conflict divorce, and has also experienced the unimaginable loss of her son. These experiences fundamentally reshaped her nervous system, understanding of trauma, and her capacity for discernment, teaching her what no certification alone ever could: how coercive control quietly erodes a person’s sense of self, reality, and decision-making long before anyone on the outside can see it.

Today, Lisa is recognized for her expertise in identifying and working within coercive control dynamics particularly in legal and post-separation contexts where power, intimidation, and manipulation often escalate. She helps clients understand what is happening beneath the surface, naming patterns that have been normalized or dismissed, and responding strategically rather than reactively. Collaborating closely with attorneys, mediators, and financial professionals, she often serves as the emotional and strategic bridge between what a client is experiencing internally and what the legal system requires externally.

When clients are regulated, informed, and supported, they communicate more effectively, reduce unnecessary conflict, and move through the process with greater efficiency—often saving significant time, money, and emotional cost.

At the heart of Lisa's work is this belief: coercive control thrives in chaos and isolation, while healing and effective strategy begin with clarity, containment, and support. When someone feels emotionally safe and deeply understood, they stop questioning their reality and start trusting themselves again.

LizClemenzi2019

Liz Clemenzi, Commercial & Residential Real Estate Appraiser

liz@commappraisal.com

Serving Central & Eastern Massachusetts since 1985, Liz owns Commonwealth Appraisal Services and is know for her responsiveness and unique approach, as she believes one size does not fit all!

In most divorce cases, the Court won’t usually force the parties involved to “buyout” the other party’s interest, but it may order the sale of the home so each party gets an equal share of the equity. Regardless of the situation, it’s a good idea to order an appraisal so both parties are fully aware of what the true market value is.

If you’re working with a real estate agent to list your property, more than likely they’ll provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that lists selected sales in your area as one of the first steps in determining what to set as the “Listing Price.” This step is vital if you’re going to maximize your profit and minimize the home’s time on the market. But even if you’re working with the most experienced real estate agent, it's always in your best interest to have a second opinion of value prior to signing a Listing Agreement. And that’s where Liz works her magic, providing a pre-listing appraisal and detailed analysis of the most recent and similar comparable sales to make sure you're getting the best deal.

In addition to helping you set a realistic selling price so your home will attract buyers, a professional appraisal can be a valuable negotiation tool, make you aware of problems before closing, and eliminate the wait for the buyer or their mortgage company to get the appraisal done on their own. Liz is dedicated informing her clients with local property and sales data in a digestible report to save them time, money and extra hassle.
